1. Authorized Operational Access
By accessing TRACEOUT, you certify that you are an authorized investigator, law enforcement officer, corporate compliance manager, or verified risk analyst. Account credentials are non-transferable.
2. Node Query Execution & Credit Allocations
Queries executed on TRACEOUT's 71+ data nodes deduct credits from your account balance based on real-time node pricing. Minimum credit allocation pools start at ₹30,000 INR with zero time expiration.
3. Responsible Conduct & Lawful Usage
You agree to utilize TRACEOUT strictly for lawful investigative, due diligence, and fraud prevention purposes. Unauthorized scraping, automated bot attacks, or credential sharing results in instant account termination.
4. ISO 27001 Certified PDF Exports
Exported PDF reports contain immutable report IDs, classification tags, and timestamps. Reports are provided for official record-keeping and case documentation.
