1. Information We Collect & Why
To provide you with secure access to TRACEOUT’s 71+ forensic intelligence nodes, we only collect essential account details necessary for system authorization:
- Account Identity: Your registered email address and display name used to authorize your terminal access.
- Credit Transactions: History of credit allocations and query deductions for transparent wallet auditing.
- Security Audit Metadata: Login timestamps and IP addresses captured strictly for session protection and unauthorized access prevention.
2. How Your Search & Investigation Data is Handled
When you execute a query on any of our 71+ forensic data nodes (Mobile, Aadhar, RC, PAN, GSTIN, UPI, IP):
- Queries are processed in real-time with sub-200ms server-side node routing.
- We enforce zero persistent raw search caching. Once your PDF or table report is generated, target payload data remains strictly inside your local browser session.
- Search logs stored in your History tab are private to your account doc and visible only to authorized operators.
3. Data Protection & Security Controls
TRACEOUT implements strict ISO 27001 information security controls:
- 256-bit TLS 1.3 Transport Encryption for all client-to-server traffic.
- Single-click "Revoke All Active Sessions" capability in your Settings page to instantly log out lost or compromised devices.
- Strict input sanitization preventing any XSS, script injection, or server parameter tampered requests.
